Ingredients
- For the grits:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 1 Salt & White pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Fresh
- For the shrimp:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Cup sausage
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 - 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp peeled and de-veined
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 2 -3 Stalks Green Onion for garnish
